At 1994 we understand that you wanted to make a return. All our pieces are handmade and crafted to order for each customer. This means every piece of jewelry is unique, with distinctive finishes that are part of the artisanal design of our brand.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Once the order is placed, you have 48 hours to request a cancellation.

After this period, returns or cancellations will not be accepted, as your jewelry will already be in production and made specifically to your size.

SIZE CHANGES

If you ordered the wrong ring size, you have two options:

1. Within the first 72 hours after placing your order, you can email us to request a size change before production begins.

2. If you realize the mistake after receiving your order, please email us at info@1994.es and we will explain the process for resizing your ring.

*Please note that in these cases, the resizing service is free of charge, but shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

EXCHANGES FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We only accept exchanges in cases where the jewelry has a genuine manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.

To request an exchange, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@1994.es.

It is essential to provide photographic or video evidence of the defect on the same day of delivery as proof of the condition in which the item was received.

Once the issue has been verified, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Our collection of earrings,, as well as all the products we offer as unique and exclusive, are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Products purchased with promotional codes or discounted items are not subject to exchanges or returns. 

In accordance with the provisions of Art. 103.c) of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, these products, made according to consumer and user specifications or clearly personalized, cannot be returned.
