At 1994, every piece is handcrafted to order, making each jewel unique. Small variations in texture, finish, or appearance are inherent to our artisanal process and are not considered defects.
Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order.
After this period, cancellations or returns are not possible, as your piece will already be in production and made specifically for you.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns for change of mind or cancellations after the 48-hour window.
We only offer exchanges in the rare case of a verified manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photo or video evidence taken on the day your order was received.
Ring Size Changes
If you selected the wrong ring size:
You may request a size change within 72 hours of ordering, before production begins.
After receiving your ring, resizing is available free of charge, though shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or cancelled:
Custom-made items (all our jewelry is made to order).
Earrings, for hygiene reasons.
Products purchased with discount codes, during promotions, or on sale.
